Dishwasher Temperature Label
The Thermostrip DL and DS models are irreversible surface temperature indicating labels designed for use in dishwashers. When exposed to the specified temperature, these self-adhesive waterproof labels will turn irreversibly black creating a permanent record for each wash cycle.
Section 4.7 of the Food Code calls for food safety labels that measure sanitized food contact surfaces and utensils by an irreversible registering indicator.
